Please Note: Because I receive cell phones from other distributors and am therefore reliant on these persons for much of the history and information regarding these items, I am a human who is operating on limited information. If a distributor describes a phone as new, then after my own inspection, I have to conclude whether the phone’s condition matches that description. In the end, my description of the phone is based on my own inspection and the information that has been relayed to me from a distributor. Therefore, if you should receive the phone and it does not match the description, please, instead of leaving negative feedback, don't hesitate to let me know within a reasonable time (3days)and we can discuss how to remedy the problem. As you can see, I am trying really hard to give you the best and the most for your money.

Hello Divya, yes this phone was originally locked to AT&T but it is unlocked for use on any GSM carrier around the world that uses a SIM card. If you have a problem with the fact that it was originally locked to AT&T, I can offer you a global version that was never locked to any specific carrier.
