What Firmware is on the phone? I am looking for 4.3 Android either MDB or MDL

Thanks for reply. The 4.4.2 would not be a MDB or MDL. It not a deal breaker not being MDL or MDB because you can workaround what I want to do on a 4.4 firmware.
