A Black C6806 Z Ultra for sale to anyone in the United States only. It comes with the original box, manuals, a screen protector, and a USB charging cable + wall adapter. The screen protectors have been removed on this device.
This device has an Unlocked Bootloader and Android 5.0 Lollipop, in the picture it has the Stock Rom Installed. I will update the picture shortly.

Damage description
A small dink in the bezel around the screen, hardly noticeable please see uploaded pictures.
Slight scratching on the back of the device.

Hello, may i ask why you only rate it as "good"? Any cosmetic issues (serious scratches, dings, nicks, scrapes)?
It has a small indent on the bezel in the top right hand corner of the rim around the glass on the front. On the back there are some catches but they're not very noticeable.
Both are shown via the attached picture, if you want more picture feel free to ask and I will take more and upload them for you.
There are two covers on the front and back that come with the phone, they're plastic layers that get scratched extremely easily.
So I removed them, which also removes the Sony logo on the front of the device.
That's a little low sorry, remember I am also paying for shipping.
I did lower the price and installed Lollipop on the phone though.
How quickly does the phone run with the new lollipop? I am worried that the 2GB of ram and processor will be slow responding with the 5.0 update.
It runs absolutely beautifully with Lollipop, a constant 60fps, none of the memory issues that have been experienced by other devices, and great battery life. I typically get 5 to 6 hours of screen on time per day.
Can't, I would have taken the $245 offer if that was the case. Try a little bit higher.
When you say it has lollipop stock, is it converted to a full google play edition?
or it's a custom rom flashed with a recovery?
You can't convert these to the Google Play Edition, the partitions are completely different between the two. Its just the ROM ported from the GPE (which works fine)
Matthew has it correct, it is a custom rom installed of the Google play edition.

I'm sorry I would not be interested in trading the phone, and the scratches are above the Sony logo on the glass. The scratches aren't as noticeable as they are in the pictures. I decided to make them prominent so the buyer knows what they are getting.
