I didn't know what the Knox Counter was until I (inadvertently) purchased a stolen phone. I'm trying to be a savvy buyer. Instructions follow, if you want to check it. (Note: It doesn't mean it's stolen if it's been tripped. Only that it's been altered.)

Step 1 - Turn OFF your Galaxy Note 3.
Step 2 - Now press and hold the following keys on your phone together: Volume Down + Home + Power.
Step 3 - You will see a screen with a warning sign. Proceed ahead by pressing the Volume Up button.
Step 4 : Look at text : Is Knox Warranty value 0x0 or 0x1 - (this is what I want to know). (It says : "Downloading... Do not turn off target..." ignore this.)
Step 5 : To get out of this mode: hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a ~ 10 sec. The phone will reboot.

I could ship it overnight but there would need to be extra compensation from you to cover the shipping costs. The cost is $45 Via USPS.

Padded flat rate overnight express envelope from your location to mine is listed at only 19.99. Not sure if you saw that option or not?

I'll double check at let you know tomorrow morning. We currently don't have those envolopes available and will have to get them from USPS.

Matt what is your zip code? I can only ship that method if the post office has the envelopes, not all of them do but I am trying to figure it out. Thanks

Matt, I called the post offices in my area and they explained to me that the padded express envelopes are not carried at their sites. They told me I would have to order the envelopes off the USPS website. They also stated that typically the express does not get there much sooner than the priority mail. I don't know why they would charge extra if it doesn't really ensure that it will be there faster. I just thought I would let you know. I can still priority mail it and it will be delivered within 3 days.

Natalie, what are the white specks on the back of the device? Are they from wear, or the case peeling? Also, I noticed the listing says it has light to no scratches, but could you post an image of the display top down (like bird's eye) of the screen off. Sorry to be a pain!

I can do local pick up, the only thing that is requested is that while in my presence you confirm pick up by completing the sale here on swappa. Swappa leaves the transaction open, therefore if there is a problem you can contact me you just cannot dispute the fact that you did not receive the phone since there isn't a tracking number. Hey. I'm trying to wrap my head around that...lol. Sooo... I make the purchase on Swappa in front of you? Also...is their a battery included? Says "Included Accessories" then says "Battery (required). Is that meaning that Swappa REQUIRES a battery be included with the sale?

Lol. It is ok. You buy it now, when we meet to exchange tomorrow you will log into swappa from your phone and mark the sale complete meaning you have possession of the phone. And yes of course the battery is included. I also double check all esn numbers prior to shipping( in this case meeting)... Swappa sees and monitors all of the comments back and forth so they are aware of the prior agreement

I'm just waiting for an eBay auction to close in the next few hours...Same phone, with (2) batteries, a case, a charging cord and A/C charging box. It's currently at $200.00 with $11.55 s/h. I'm not too optimistic I will get it for under $240...but I just want to let you know. Thanks so much for getting back to me so fast! No problem!!! I totally understand. I lost what I have. I may have a charger for you can have actually too if the sale falls through. I stopped including them in the sales of the phones, but I have a bunch laying around. Just let me know. I don't know what your work hours are tomorrow but I am avail first thing tomorrow or in the evening. I don't think I have any other t mobile phones. I stay away due to financing issues.

Hey again. Tomo I should be home from work and back in the MOT area around 6 - 7pm. I work up in the New Castle Area. If you happened to be up in that area earlier in the day...we could always meet up that way. Otherwise we can meet wherever in the MOT area. A public place is the best. I'm assuming you are referring to "black listed" phones due to non-payment to the carriers? I haven't purchased a cell phone in a while... I'm seeing the new trend is to lease / make payments on a phone as you go. Crazy. I was always used to getting a discount on the phone when you signed a contract. Heck I used to work in the business. My times have changed. People have NO PROBLEM these days paying almost a grand for a phone...whew! :)
