Can you please confirm with Verizon that the device is ready for activation and upload a picture showing the device active on the Verizon network? Or please ensure you are using the ESN / IMEI of the actual device, and not from a box that belonged to a previous device. Let us know, thank you.
The Verizon Rep. said this message is because the phone is NOT ACTIVE in any accounts , but the phone is COMPLETELY READY FOR ACTIVATION IN ANY ACCOUNT IN VERIZON
