I am ready to buy this but is it gsm unlock or rooted? What do you mean by remanufactured? Then is it with contract?

Adedaniel1, the phone is factory unlocked, but not rooted. The phone was a remanufactured replacement phone, not under contract. I am not sure what type of data speeds you will get under gsm.
