Screen is clear of scratches or other markings. Back has definite signs of wear (see pic). Cosmetic markings on sides, top and bottom. A case will cover enough to not be noticeable. Good battery. Phone works great. No box, charger or paperwork.

JDMUSIC, thank you for your all knowing input to my sale ad. Having checked my phone with the posting directions offered by SWAPPA on how to list the phone on their site that is how I listed it.
It did not fit the guidelines of either the mint listing or the fair listing. Cosmetic rubbing off of the finish does not constitute scratches deep or otherwise. With the addition of a case the buyer will not see the cosmetic aberrations and will have a perfectly working iPhone 5. I do offer returns if the item is not as listed.
