Galaxy S III - Lightly Used - Android Lollipop 5.1 Available
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 that my girlfriend used for about 6 months before switching back to an iPhone. She had a Zagg Invisible Shield on the glass the entire time. The screen is in perfect condition, and it is fully updated to the latest version of Android that AT&T released. If you are interested in Android 5.0 Lollipop, I can ship it with the latest release of Cyanogenmod 12.1, which currently runs Android 5.1.1.
