It can't be used with Verizon Prepaid.

It might work for 2G service if you network unlock it.. I haven't tried my T-Mobile Sim card.

Yes. I bought while at a Verizon Store to he safe but then it wouldn't activate with "flashing" and a donor phone and I don't want any part of that.

Sorry for the dumb questions but I don't know what flashing is. Does that mean I would have to have it flashed also? I just want to get a phone and go into verizon and get my info changed from my phone which is so slow, to this new one without having to change my current plan. Please let me know, thanks...
