Black 16 GB Samsung Galaxy S4 (SPH-L20) with original box. The screen is flawless with no scratches (comes with screen protector installed). The body has scratches and dents in all four corners (as I went caseless).
The phone is rooted stock NG 4.4.2. I can unroot the phone if you would like
