Hey is you ever decide to price this realistically lmk. I am going to subscribe.
The only other one that was ever listed for sale was on eBay and it sold for over 1500 so this price is not bad all this considered.
Do you have the link to the eBay ad? I have searched Google, bing, yahoo, amazon, eBay and I can't find any trace of where one of these sold for 1500
I don't. It was about half a week before my listing. I don't know. What would you call a reasonable price?
I looked through ebay also never saw anything , if you can find the link I would love to see it, just don't see what that phone does my m8 doesn't do and to ask 1500 is just crazy but good luck
I can't find it either. Idk I just remember seeing it. It's collectable guys that's why I'm asking so much more if you want a regular M8 there's plenty on the site for a reasonable price. This us a collector's item and a collector will pay top dollar for rare items like this.
3 days of searching and from talking to several collectors not one is seeing this as a collectors item. Basically this is no different then when Verizon releases employee edition of phones on a limited basis. Does exactly the same as regular M8 just has the logo etched on the back. Maybe in 100 years this maybe a collectors item but in today's market it's just a m8 with a cool logo. Good luck with sale maybe try putting it on eBay.
Well congratulations you have managed to waste your time and mine. If you don't see the value in the product I have listed I don't see why you would spend so much time searching for another. Obviously this is the only phone of its kind listed on the internet at this time. The price stands and I don't need you here trying to devalue my listing. If you want a regular M8 please see another listing.
GMMFF, unless you plan to purchase this device, I see no reason to continue commenting.
Just as an FYI - I believe you spelled SHIELD incorrectly in the title.
Haha that's embarrassing. New price all check it. Don't let it get away.
The phone retails for 600 to 700 dollars, I am not in a position to sell this limited editition phone for anywhere near what you are offering me. However; I have a used m8 that I have not listed (mint condition) that I'd be willing to sell for that price.
sorry, but NOBODY with any kinda sense on swappa is gonna pay 1k for an etched M8. perhaps if it were signed by one of stars and came with a certificate of authenticity, MAYBE...anyone that's a fan of the show that owns a gunmetal M8 can get his etched like yours for next to nothing...GLWS
I was able to pick one of these magnificent devices off ebay for $550 shipped in box never activated. I'm willing to offer $500 because this has been used.
This unit has never been used or activated. Are you saying you got a SHIELD limited edition HTC One M8 for 550 on eBay?
Idk about the eBay ad but I was able to locate 2 for sale one in Canada #5 and number #10 in the UK both have been posted since July. Canadian one is on kijii he/she is asking $730 obo the UK site I don't fully understand but price is $853 in US dollars.

What a fantastic way to waste money. I honestly wish i could buy this just to say i did
Correct me if I am wrong but I am almost positive that these promo phones with the Marvel logo were put on directly by HTC. So why all the Verizon logos? I am pretty sure Verizon had nothing to do with these phones. Check into it folks, this may just be a Verizon HTC One sent it to have a Marvel Decal put on.
HTC did put this on. Upon choosing the winners the emailed me and asked me which carrier I wanted my prize for. I chose Verizon and I received the device almost 3 months later. My guess is that they did not have the devices made at the time of the contest due to the fact that they were asking the winners for their carrier choice. I believe they took the winner's prefered devices and engraved the symbol into the regular versions of the phone. It also has pre loaded Captain America Wallpapers. This unit is authentic guaranteed.
Trade for mint note 3 with tempered glass screen protector and sd card
No thanks. I'm a committed HTC user. I have an M8 with all of that I'm very happy with currently. Tha is for the offer though.
I appreciate your offer man but I can't go that low on the phone man. A regular version of the phone is worth more than that. You mentioned a higher price you saw elsewhere that was lower than mine. If you show me that I'll consider matching it.
The regular versions are selling for less than $500 and it took a few days of searching to even to find the other two. Those prices included shipping from other countries. I'll wait it out awhile. I already have a m8 but I am a collector so I just wanted to add this one.
I understand. What would be your very best offer man. I'm willing to work with you.
I am just saying...
500 is a good deal. You won't find too many who would pay half a grand more on a phone for some etching in the back.
Also, I am an Android user so you are preaching to the choir. I am just trying to help you get the most from your phone.
Sorry for the delay at work and 500 was my very best. I am a whatever sells the quickest user guys. I just saw the two iPhones that are coming and I plan on getting both so if $500 is to low that's fine get your money Jesse.
With all due respect 8-Bit I don't need your help getting the most for my phone. And GMMFF I apologize. I would love to make sure this went to a collector like you but I can't let this one go for that much.
Do you have any kind of documentation to support this? I mean it could just be a decal for all i know.
If I cmshow you documentation are you going to buy my phone?
If you can provide documentation of authenticity I will offer you a serious offer.
I won't even consider an offer below in the neighborhood of $700 so if you aren't prepared to make an offer greater than that I'm not going to go through the trouble.
@john f.....yep, he is....it'll be on here for a longggggggg time...
HAHA and yes serious @johnf. & @xbxjunkie yes a longgggggg longggggggg time at this price. i offer $501 since it is basically an htc one m8 with some funky etchings nothing makes it rare
If nothing makes it rare or desirable then why wouldn't you just take your 501 and buy a regular M8? I wouldn't have this many people looking at it and commenting here if it wasn't a rare desirable handset. I know the value of the product I have listed and I don't appreciate the various attempts to devalue it. No further comments unless it is to make an offer near the asking price.
Last I checked this was not a forum, this is where you can make offers, if you're not making offers then move on and scoff on your own time rather then try to devalue somones auction because you want to be a troll. If he told you no and you don't want to offer more then move on, plain and simple as that. Fact is it is a limited piece of its authentic if you don't thi k it's worth that much for you to buy it then go buy somones else's auction rather then berate someone thinking of you do it enough they'll come crawling to you.
Never thought about the documentation part thanks for bringing that up @ Nicholas. Is there any way to verify this jesse?
I have all the emails I received in reguards to winning the contest. The tracking number and direct message from HTC that I can print out or email if you would like to see it. They all possess personal information of mine so I will send it to anyone who asks for it and makes an offer I would consider taking.

Well thanks for putting in the effort to let me know that and wasting your time and mine on that meaningless miswritten paragraph. Comments are for purchase inquiries only.
The IMEI is there. Which is why I covered it. I can post a picture but I would have to cover the part that shows the codes
Wait is it an engraving or a decal? If its just a decal its not worth a single cent over a standard M8...
